From my initial contact with AlarmGrid, through to technical support when upgrading my alarm system with hardware I bought from them, and finally system activation, the entire process was very impressive and smooth. They are highly knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend them. It is great to finally "understand" how my alarm system works and be provided with the resources to manage it myself while Alarm Grid does the monitoring.
