Brandon Knappenberger was out to my home for the annual inspection. He was was very polite and had a kind and personable personality. He made an immediate impression on me and my dogs. After he had finished the inspection on the inside he was on his way out and he noticed my friend and I were having problems connecting to our email and the Internet. With out question he immediately wanted to help and he fixed it. He asked if there was anything else he could help with before he went outside. Well my remote wasn't working for the TV and wouldn't you know he fixed that aswell. He told me that he worked for Comcast before so he said he knew all about the issues I was having. When he came back in side after completing the inspection my friend jokingly said that I was trying to get her to jump in the pool to fish a roof shim that had flew off from my neighbors house into my pool. He went grabbed my pool net and achieved what I couldn't and get the roof shim out. Then going over his findings he told me that even though I had a year filter it needed to be changed because it was over a year since it was installed and had dirt all on it. I asked him to get 2 for me and he promptly talked to the right people and went picked up my filter then came right back to install it. After everything Brandon had already done for me my friend asked one small last favor and it was to load some luggage in her car. I told my friend that I would help but Brandon refused and took all the bags and loaded them up. He went way beyond what I could've ever imagined and he really made my day. I'll be requesting Brandon for anything HVAC related in the future. Thank you Brandon and Bonney for being a professional technician.
