"Billy" & "Robert" came on time with our new Daikin air conditioning unit (replacing old Trane unit), removed all the old parts, lots of custom cutting/fitting/replaced with new parts, tested, cleaned up .. all in a long 7-hour day. Both were polite, knowledgeable, patient, hard working, cleaned up entirely and took away all debris .. overall, a very good installation team and a pleasure to deal with!
