Reggie repaired a slow leak in a copper pipe that feeds into our Navien Hot Water heater which was purchased from and installed by Greenwood several years ago. Reggie is a great communicator and explained what needed to be done. He was efficient and very polite and addressed my concerns about the cost of the repair. He has great people skills and is an honest and thoughtful person. He and Ken, the other service pro, whose name I could not find in your list, worked well together and were able to fix the problem on the same day they came for the diagnostic appointment.
