Charles Ohlson came out and performed an excellent review/"2nd opinion" today of my two 10-yr old air conditioning units. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to .. listened carefully and provided comprehensive and timely feedback. He's the type you can trust .. which is very difficult to find today in such a cut-throat industry.
