Tim did an great job installing our new water heater. It was a tough job because five years ago we got a new furnace put into our utility closet and the vent pipes had to be installed around the old water heater (The closet is very full with water heater, water softener, well pump, and the heater. In order to remove the old water heater and replace the new water heater Tim had to temporarily removing some heating vent pipes. Tim did a great job of getting everything done in a short time. He was professional and kind. He even charged me less than he quoted me for the job. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Buchner Heating, AC & Plumbing.
