Janice was supposed to be checking on our pets from Friday evening to Sunday morning. When we got home Sunday evening we noticed that three of our four cats were missing. We found two of them outside and the outside enclosure open. We have camera's all around our property. On reviewing the footage we saw that the wind had blown the gate open. At about 7pm we saw our cats go out. Janice's people showed up at about 8 pm. We know while they were at the house two cats were out for sure. We see one disappear at about 1am Saturday morning and never reappear on any of our cameras. On their other visits we know for sure the one was missing and on two of the three visits at least one other cat was outside. Yet their report says all cats OK. If they would have called us Friday night on their first visit that some cats were unaccounted for we could have been home in time to catch the one cat before he left our property. I would not trust this service with your animals. I think they just show up, put out some food, clean the boxes and leave. They do not really check on your animals. DO NOT USE!!! On top of everything they have shown no concern that we are missing a family member that we trusted with them!!
