Let me first tell you that Jay H. saved us as being customers of unique. We were upset that last week my wife took the day off of work to be home for the scheduled appointment. She never heard from Unique and called to confirm our appointment. Dispatch confirmed between 2pm and 6pm. The tech called at approx. 4pm and said he would not be able to come out. My wife called dispatch and they did some checking and confirmed someone would be out between 4pm and 8pm. We received a call from the tech again and he stated he would not be coming out. We were in the process of researching other maint. contracts with other companies. Jay showed up at the correct time and explained everything he was doing and we had a good conversation while he was here. We will currently be staying with Unique Services for our A/C needs and maint. We also has a problem with the Plumbing division. We needed the wax seal replaced on our toilet and the tech did that for the fee of $200. In the process of removing the toilet and then replacing it back on the seal the fill value stopped working and needed to be replaced. I was charged another $200 for a $20 part and labor again after paying $200 for a $10 wax seal and labor. I would he very leery about using them in the future for plumbing repairs. Not sure if anything will ever come of the over charge for labor for a part that was working prior to being worked on. I give Jay H 5 stars for service and customer relations. The plumbing issue I would give 1 star. So that is how I arrived at a 3 star rating.
