Our experience was first rate 2/15/2017

We woke up this morning to no water. We have a whole house maintenance relationship with Woodfin, and called them for service. Within an hour, Nick, a plumber from Woodfin was at our door and began very methodically diagnosing the problem, beginning with the simplest (and least expensive) solution until he at concluded that the problem was that our well pump had died. His explanation of the problem and his proposed plan for dealing with it was very straightforward and the estimate seemed reasonable, though he needed to get extra manpower from the shop. It did take several hours, but Nick kept us informed of the progress at every step. In the end, a couple of aspects of the replacement installation were simpler than Nick anticipated, and he was able to lower the actual price work by nearly 20%. Upon completion, he also showed me what the problems had been (a pinhole leak in the pump itself as well as abraded wiring) and how the new installation represented a highly improved arrangement.
