Cannot say enough good things about Paul's knowledgeable and courteous service. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough, offered options to keep my costs down and prevent problems in the future. Was not in a rush even though it was 4 pm Saturday when he arrived and patiently worked until at least 9 pm. Answered my questions about unrelated other issues and offered advice. Explained proper maintenance to prevent problems in the future. Will ask for him exclusively in the future.
