Service tech was courteous, helpful and on time. My garbage disposal was replaced with a name brand and workmanship seems to be very satisfactory. I haven't had to call a plumber in years and didn't have time to compare pricing so I chose Superior based on their positive reviews. Time will tell how well the product actually holds up. Thanks!
