As a renter of a property managed by Ritan Property Group for over 4 years , I was extremely pleased with the experience. They were very prompt to respond when I contacted them with issues or concerns, often addressing maintenance items on the same day. In addition, they assigned a single point of contact for me to work with Darius Jackson, which I believe set's them apart from other management companies . Darius always acted in a courteous, professional, and fair manner, even when working through potentially difficult situations. He did a great job straddling the line between representing the owner and renter, always making me feel like a valued customer. I'm sure the owner would say the same. I will definitely keep Ritan Property Group at the top of my list when looking for new rental properties, or to manage any properties I may have to rent in the future.
