Our water heater needed an immediate replacement. I called them late Thursday afternoon, they said someone could be sent the next day. I told them I needed to be somewhere before noon, so they sent their people Friday morning, to be sure I could make my appointment and not have to wait until after the weekend for hot water. The pricing was fair, IMO...considering it was a two person job. Very friendly, fast, and professional. I will be calling again if I ever need them.
