Yesterday was I believe the 3rd time I've used Doctor-Fix-It for household repairs that I don't trust myself to attempt. I've had them out for plumbing, electrical, and as of yesterday - heating. We woke up to a cold house and discovered the furnace was not working. Just as my previous experiences, the scheduling process was quick and easy - and Julio came out later that afternoon. He was courteous, professional, and patient enough to walk me through each step as he diagnosed the furnace. He quickly identified the issue and made the fix on the spot. Couldn't be happier!
