Alarm grid is doing my home security monitoring and I just set up tonight. Joe was the rep helping me out and he was knowledgeable in everything about my system and answered all my questions to beyond satisfaction. I bought my system elsewhere and I had nothing but worries and doubt from them.... Happy to be in good hands with alarm grid. A friendly 40 minute phone call and everything is all good here for me for monitoring.
