Cut N Dry Restoration started off great with the initial technician, then no one showed on Saturday for the scheduled cleanup (3 days after initial incident) I had to call twice to get technician on the phone then he said he would call me back and never did. Someone finally showed up on Sunday at 3:00 pm.There were HUGE discrepancies between what was done and what was reported to my insurance. No one ever came to check the progress of my bathrooms being dried out, however they showed the insurance they were there everyday. They also billed me for a dehumidifier that was never turned on by their technician but somehow reported to my insurance they were able to get readings everyday for 5 days ??? I was also charged for them securing a space that was never taped off with plastic ???
