I ordered an 8' bedliner for my truck, they sent out a bedliner the was 6.5'
that was not in its original packaging. Beside there web-site being down for service
(only the part for returns or service ), when I spoke to them 6 times over a period
of two weeks, they refused to correct the issue. The bed mat is still rolled up in my
driveway where they dropped it off. I have offered to drop it of at their place of
business, they said they wouldn't take it. They have refused to send me shipping
label to have the part I never ordered returned, instead they want me to stick it
in my truck, take pictures and then pay to send it back to them. At one point they said they would send out a courier, but that never happened. Don't purchase from this vendor, they are back actors.
