Jose came and did the finishing up of the heat pump. He was quick and efficient. He then came in the house and programmed the thermostat to the wifi. He also helped me setup my phone for the thermostat. He was pleasant and polite to me. I would highly recommend the whole staff that was involved in setting up my heat pump to anyone.
