We love Miss Erica and so does our son - he lights up and smiles big when he sees her. It's so important to have a caregiver you trust and we trust her beyond a doubt. You can tell she really cares about the kids in her classroom, and does everything she can to take the best care of them! We don't know what we are going to do when our son is ready to move to a toddler room without her!
