If you are a DIY person and want to install your own Lyric security system these are the people you need to call.
I received all of the equipment within a few days of my order as promised.
Most of my install went off without a hitch, but had a sensor and keypad that would not sync to the system and could not figure out how to set up the garage door tilt and opener.
I scheduled my turn up call with Alarm Grid and they called me within a minute of the scheduled time.
The rep setup the system within the first 15 minutes of the call and even noted issues in my original setup that he corrected.
After he finished the initial setup I went over my sensor, keypad & Garage issues. he walked me through there setup and had them working within minutes.
He then walked me through a through testing of the system where we discovered an issue with the key fob remote, which again was fixed quickly.
And finally, he walked me through there Central station procedures and contact numbers, followed by a detailed email with all of the company’s support and central station information.
This was one of most pleasant and through support calls I have ever had.
