I was very pleased with the service from Travis and American Air. He asked what service I had requested, then proceeded to explain what was involved and how long it would take. I did have errands to run, so he got right to work. My basement is kind of dingy, so I came down with an extra flashlight. I talked with Travis the entire time. He was very courteous, but stayed focused on the furnace. From the moment I opened my door to the moment he left and I closed the door it only took 30 minutes. Way to GO !! I paid him in cash. He even had change !!
