I should have known when all their service trucks are wrapped in lime green graphics. :0 but seriously, they did show up and were professional, even though aggressive on services needed. After they confirmed what I thought was the issue with my furnace they presented me with a price of $700+. I knew that the part should only be around $250-300 so I respectfully declined. I called another contractor and he did it for 1/2 the $$. I'm sure that Scott Hale and Co would have done a fine job but I did feel that I was getting taken to the cleaners. So if you are price conscious then I wouldn't recommend using these guys.
