I used this company last year to clean my old white carpets and my couches. Both my carpets and furniture were old and and actually faded from the sun and aging. The company came to do it while my unit was rented and my tenant thought he was doing me a favor! When I returned to my unit, and contacted this company to show them the finished product of 'CLEANING".. The owner told that's the best they could do because both carpet and couches were too old and faded to get the cleanliness I was looking for!! So I asked him why does he think I should pay him the $220? He stated because he did the job... even though the outcome was not acceptable and he even agreed that it was not clean looking (because of the age of furniture and capet). SO HE KEPT MY MONEY BECAUSE HE DID A FRADULENT JOB instead of saying YOU WILL NOT GET THE OUTCOME YOU DESIRE SO I SUGGEST YOU SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY NEW THINGS! Do not use them! You will not be satisfied.
