Everyone who helped us today when I called and the service man was professional and courteous. I do prefer people to just call me by name instead of “Miss Paula” since I am a retired teacher although the woman I spoke with was efficient in getting someone to come out when I’m called.
The service man who arrived( exactly on time) was authentic, telling us exactly what we needed and knowledgeable and trustworthy. We feel safe that we do our businesss with Bud Anderson because all their service people are really excellent and trustworthy, which has been our experience.
