Had Andy's Statewide, last month replace our water heater, humidifier, furnace and air conditioner. The install went well. Yesterday we turned the heat on. Today there was a huge loud sound like a gravel truck dumping a load or someone fell down the stairs. Upon investiagation we Saw water around the furnace.
Andy's had someone out within the hour. Apparently, our high efficient furnace has a condensation hose that drains into a pan and somehow that hose blew off as it was not secured properly. That's the noise we heard. Mario cleaned up the mess, secured the hose, did a check of everything. He was courteous, efficient and very prompt. Sorry we had this happen, but very happy Andy's addressed it immediately and corrected the problem!
