Comfort Pro has been providing bi-annual services for our AC & gas heater for 8 yrs. Each service technician has been professional. I was delighted in Jake B's service visit. He arrived on time & placed his "booties" over his work boots even though he was told they were not needed!...a little item but very thoughtful gesture. Jake B. was extremely professional, very knowledgeable & provided helpful information & suggestions for my NEST and our Aprilaire unit. He explained each test & relayed his findings. After he completed the maintenance service he provided a computer printout with the results of his tests and reviewed each aspect of the readout. He was the first tech to provide this information!! I hope I can request for him to do our spring AC maintenance check. Job WELL done!! Thanks
