Our 5 year old Kinetico started running extremely long cycles and water was no longer soft. This problem ended up taking 3 visits by 2 different repairmen to our home plus a followup visit to test our water. Even though it would have been nice if this could have been fixed with one visit, I was very impressed with the professionalism of Mike C. and also the communication with clerical staff who always followed up on every phone call. I always had the feeling that they took pride in customer service and would continue until our system was working again. Mike C. really went the extra mile to explain what he was doing and I had confidence that he would do whatever it took to get our water quality good again.
