Chad Tisdale was at all times most professional and polite, and worked very hard to perform our semi-annual checkup, much of the time outside in very cold weather. When we unexpectedly discovered significant mold on the insulation backing of the two panels removed from the inside unit, he assisted me in the time consuming job of first removing the insulation from both panels and then scraping the residue [mold, glue?] from the panels. This work had to be done outside in the cold weather. Chad took the time necessary to complete this unexpected task, as well as performing the complete semi-annual check. We appreciated Chad's hard work and professional approach to his work. Russell's Heating is very fortunate to have Chad Tisdale as an employee and we would welcome him back on future service calls. We would appreciate it if someone @ Russell's Heating would call us to discuss the replacement of the insulation mentioned above. I have saved a sample from each panel and anticipate having it tested at the state lab to see what our exposure may have been.
