After experiencing good service in the service department, I purchased a vehicle at this dealer. The purchase was a disaster. I was sold a vehicle (high end) which had no GPS. I was not made aware of this at time of purchase. Then a week later, my checking account was overdrawn because they had failed to payoff the small balance on the trade in vehicle. They did pay my over draft charges.
