Had the pleasure of interacting with Chris Silberman today, and it was the best experience with Bonney I've ever had; and I've had a ton of great experiences with them! After quickly assessing and fixing the issue Chris Silberman took the time to explain the root cause of the problem, and gave great tips for avoiding it in the future. He also gave some great background info on other issues I could look out for and how to prevent them.
If I had the option to have a personal HVAC technician it would definitely be Chris Silberman. Perfection!
