The service man tried to over charge me on a service call to repair dishwasher. He dishonest with his findings and pricing. He noted that he replaced the pump motor when in fact he only cleaned the drain area to resolve the problem. When questioned, he was unable to show me the old pump unit. I negotiated a lower service call price and he stormed out of the house after I paid him. I would NOT recommend calling Staten Island Appliance Repair for any repairs.
