Pat came out several times to trouble shoot code error generated from tankless water heater. Patience and willingness to resolve the problem was outstanding. He refused to give up and didn't suggest the problem with a nonfunctional water heater was my fault or that I should reach out to a different company. More importantly he did his best to find a solution that didn't result in replacing unnecessary parts in the water heater that could have been costly.
