Edgar and his partner worked from the moment they arrived first thing in the morning until they finished about 6:00pm. Their working conditions were the worst, 90+ degrees outside, but much hotter in the "attic" which is about 3' high at it's tallest spot. They explained everything as they went along and kept me informed with every move. Very comforting. They did an excellent job in less than ideal conditions, remaining professional throughout the day. All this and when they left, I couldn't tell anyone had been there except for the shiny new unit outside.
