Had Sears come to clean my carpets today. Was greeted by a very personable and professional staff member named Nuno. He went over all my rugs and explained what could be removed and other areas that are just worn out to to heavy trafficking. Went over all the pricing and options that were available before cleaning the rugs so there was no surprises at the end. Was very happy with the service and the results. Thank you again!
