Today, Jim Wahl responded to our call about a "thump" noise that has been occurring when the air conditioning kicks in. He quickly identified the problem - a clogged air handler filter - and replaced the filter while explaining how the system works based on CFM instead of just RPM, and the differences between our previous electronic air filtering system and the newer replaceable filters. Within 10 minutes, the problem was solved and we were more aware of how our system worked. As longtime homeowners, we've dealt with all sorts of service providers over the years.
