Arrived 20 minutes before appointment as is expected for paperwork for a first time patient recommended by my family Dentist. Upon a phone call the day before I allowed my appointment to be forwarded to an earlier time due to Dr Adams having a preschudeled surgery. Upon arrival @ 12:39 not a single human being was in office for 5 full minutes. I signed in and took a seat. After paperwork was completed I took a seat. Minutes passed and an assistant came to put me in a waiting room. She proceeded to verbally ask me why I was there (she had my pre dentist form from DDS Cawley) and re-verbally ask for answers already answered on forms. Dr Adams appeared in a few minutes and very roughly worked my gums over with his dental mirror. Instead of talking about removing a half inch of excess skin due to irritateing my full upper denture I've had since my Military days in the 70's, all this fellow recommends is dental implants. With over half of my life span behind me I flat out refused. His time for me ended immediately. Gave me the feeling they are only concerned with large dollar operations. Will recommend this organization to no one.
