Sean was very professional and provided me reasonable estimate that he stood by. That was very important to me since I was not going through my insurance and I needed to watch my budget carefully. There were no surprises from Sean. The only issue involved a crew coming much later than I was originally told. Perhaps that was a misunderstanding, but they completed their work quickly once they arrived.
