We purchased our son's bedroom furniture from Sweet Dreams (now known as Holy Nightmare). Going in we knew it would take 12-14 weeks for delivery. What we did not know is that the furniture (custom made) would arrive damaged. The delivery guys promised they would be back out to fix. Two and a half months later, they have not been back. First they had to order the paint. That took forever. And now, their "maintenance" man only works certain days. For a $3000+ bedroom set we expect A LOT more. I don't know...EXPEDITE!! We considered purchasing additional furniture from there. Not any more. I would not recommend. Obviously their suppliers do shotty work and their customer service is below par. Especially for the price of the furniture. Next step for us...BBB. more
