Tim and Travis came to install a new hot water heater and take the old one away. New install looks great and they did a good job cleaning up. Both knew what they were doing and worked well together. Tim was all business - almost too focused on the job and not as much on customer relations. Travis was more balanced on the job focus and customer relations. Between the 2 I got my questions answered and they went over what we needed to know.
