So I go in there looking to upgrade my stock speakers and they ask about my budget which I stated was $2000.00 and they showed me the 6.5 two-ways they had available and I I asked about the quality from best to the least best in sound quality and we chose the Focal K2 and went with the Q-Class Kicker sub etc. and he said it's about $2500.00 worth of stuff but I will through these in and do it all for $2100.00 and I'm like sold! I fill out the top of a work order name, address, phone and email then they when I leave they hand write the ticket for substantially lower value and for a completely different brand and I pick up my vehicle and don't check the trunk and get home and notice the boxes are not for what I was sold to in the store. I'm like okay it's possibly someone else's order and they got them mixed up so I call and the guy literally said we had to go cheaper we were out of budget!? I'm like those are not what I agreed to and was sold and he said sorry for the miscommunication!!? A $2100.00/ $500 for installation miscommunication? Really. I feel like I got screwed when I least expected it when normally When doing business I am more apt to question and close any lose ends or the opportunity to pencil in the cheapest product you have after they agree to what was originally decided on. Real disappointed in myself for allowing it to happen and with them because I thought it went well and they were nice...
