I paid out of pocket for something that I knew my insurance would cover because they would not see me otherwise. After I received my insurance statement corroborating that I was due a refund, I repeatedly attempted to contact the billing office. They do not answer phone calls and only work through email, but I could never get a response back from them via email. I am sure the doctor is great at what he does, but because of my problems with the billing office, I changed doctors.
