BUYER BEWARE 8/10/2016

Had Charles (Owner) install window tint on my vehicle in May 2016 and when he installed the tint he told me that it had a lifetime warranty. If at any point a window started to bubble that he would come back out to my replace the tint for no charge. Sounds great! Sign me up! Well, one of the windows started to bubble in July 2016. I reached out to Charles to fix the window (per the lifetime warranty) and tried to set up a time for him to replace the tinting. It's a small window, so it should be fairly painless. He answers my text and says he wont be in Dallas until later in the month, July 27ish or so. So we agreed that he would come by my office or my home, whichever area he was in to replace the tint. He didn't show. Nor did he call. So I let it go for a few weeks and reached out to him again. So he now tells me that he can only do it from Mon, 8/8 to Wed, 8/10 and that it will be around 3pm. So that brings me to today, August 10. I reach out to Charles and ask him if we are still scheduled for 3pm and whether it is going to be at my office or my home, he responds back telling me that he can't do it now until the last week of August. He also told me that he was injured and that he can't do a damn thing about it. I sympathize for him if he's truly injured, but this wishy washy type of doing business is unacceptable. It wasn't difficult for him to come install the tint on my vehicle when he was charging me $80 for the front 2 windows, but the second you need warranty service, this guy is full of excuses.
