Intentionally left lug nuts loose- one completely fell off before I got home. I read other reviews and found that they've done this to other customers also. I caught them with my truck 8 feet high, on a lift- for a TIRE PATCH!? What was he doing under the front end? No doubt- they sabotage your vehicle so that they can charge for more repairs. Greedy theives!
