Very happy with the customer service of Fast Water Heater co. They phoned me back right away and gave me the time frame of when they would be at my residence. Adam was very professional. He answered all my questions, explained requirements for gas water heaters, went over prices with me before starting. He had to make adjustments to fittings and explained each one. He was fast, efficient, polite and knowledgeable- a definite asset to his employer. He did a great job of cleaning up and sweeping. I'm happy to have hot water again and I will definitely recommend this Company to others.
