Had 3 cars done in 2012. 2 are still good (they are garaged). The one that sits outside is just a shade darker than stock glass. When it was tinted we used 5%. I can't get an answer from this joker after 3mos of trying. Stay away, and I do believe the 'positive' reviews are either his friends or family, just look at the specific details...they almost all mirror the other ones! What an inventive clown!
