Just the beginning!! No need to respond, something you don't know how to do anyway! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! My daughter contacted Tamarack in early June of this year to inquire about holding her wedding at the Arlington Center.. We got a hold of Rachel after several left messages and emails. When Rachel finally returned out calls she was less then helpful! she suggested it was better if we came to Tamarack to discuss the wedding options. Rachel scheduled us an appointment for a Saturday in early July. As a family we were all excited to check out this location.. I will tell you straight up; Rachel rushed us through the process, showed us very little of the wedding location, told us shed didn't have time to give us the full tour, came to the lobby looking like she just crawled out of bed with a scratch pad to throw numbers at us, gave us verbal price and sent us on our way. After many weeks of trying to get a formal contract from Rachel we were given a price via email that was no where close to the verbal quote, although nothing had changed. When we questioned Rachel why the big price increase she stated she made a mistake, she was overwhelmed with her work load at Tamarack, they required her to where too many hats and that they were cash poor at the resort. I could go on forever with the nightmare of our first contact person at Tamarack. We then moved on to the General Manager Brad Larsen, after Rachel told us her direct Manager Chris Wisocki would be of little help to us. We spoke with Brad Larson several times and were assured that he would personally handle our wedding plans. The following days gave us some hope that everything would fall into place.. WRONG AGAIN!
