Bo came to discuss the possibility of replacing my current toilet with a new one, but he did much more than that.
After looking at my toilet and flushing it a couple of times to hear how it was working, he suggested that it might be a problem with systemic draining or venting. To address that, Bo contacted the office to set up another technician to come over and inspect the draining system, which led to another referral for someone to come out and do a camera inspection of the main draining system.
Bottom line: What began as my thinking that I'd need a new toilet resulted in a very thorough and systematic inspection of my system (to be completed within 24 hours) before making that decision.
