My call was handled every professionally by Catrina and an appointment was scheduled quickly. John, the plumber, explained what was wrong with our hot water heater in plain english (the heating element was burned out) and replaced our water heater right then. It was great that Ben Franklin Plumbing have water heaters on their trucks so that they may replace your heater immediately. Will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.
