I have been here a dozen times in the past few years trying to get a handle on my eye pressure. The doctor worked with great intelligence and humor to find a workable solution (no pun intended) for my eyes that would be effective and accepted by my insurance. Done! Excellent pressure reduction so I get to keep my vision. Front desk staff are under a lot of pressure to handle a hundred cases a day, if they forget to smile or ask how I am, I understand. I consider myself a high-interaction client which translates into high-maintenace for some so I can be demanding of folks engaged in routine tasks. While they may not trade jokes with me every time, no one has ever treated me with disrespect. To sum u:, brilliant published doctors supported by dedicated technicians and front desk staff. What is not to like?
