This was not a good experience for me, and it's difficult for me to recommend LifeSmiles in West Lafayette. My employer's overall insurance is horrible, so when I voucher for a $99 cleaning and a free electronic toothbrush came through, I was thrilled! Upon presenting this coupon, the office staff - who used curse words in conversation several times, not toward me - were unsure they could even honor it. The dental assistants then proceeded to comment on how poorly my shoes looked, and made me feel badly for not having been to the dentist in two years - I've moved around a lot and haven't been able to find a dentist I liked. Unfortunately, this will not be the dentist or office I will return to.
